The Hong Kong Shark Foundation (HKSF) is a local organization aimed to raise awareness for sharks. Hong Kong has always been the epicenter for shark finning and hunting, making local shark populations extremely vulnerable to corporations. To mitigate this environmentally degrading practice, the HKSF has initiated various campaigns to target this issue, such as shark-free weddings and companies. They have also involved youth shark ambassadors all around Hong Kong to promote shark conservation on a local level.

I’m beyond honored to participate in HKSF’s conservation efforts through fundraising. On the 15th of August, 2021, specific bracelets are going to be sold to raise money for HKSF, including rag rug and ocean charm bracelets. All money raised will be donated to the shark foundation to fund their projects. I’m glad to be able to help out, and I hope everyone will be able to do their part to protect our oceans.
